College spring break 2027 packages with Spring Break U start at $649 per person for Punta Cana, $699 for Cancun and Fort Lauderdale, $884 for Nassau and $1,099 for Cabo San Lucas. The top of the range runs about $1,499 per person at the priciest resorts. Those are starting prices, and your real number depends on four things, three of which you control.
Here's the breakdown, so nobody in your group gets to say "wait, why is mine more?"
The four things that move your price
- Hotel tier. A party hotel and a premium resort aren't the same trip. Most of the gap between the "from" price and the top price is here. Our packages page currently spans roughly $649 to $1,499 per person depending on the resort.
- Room occupancy. More people per room means a lower price per person. Fewer people per room means each person pays more for the same hotel and week.
- Travel week. The weeks when the most schools are off cost more. If your school breaks early or late, you win.
- Add-ons. Flights, the Party Pass, the booze cruise and travel protection. These are the ones you choose.
Fill the room. A room of your four best friends is cheaper and funnier than a double with the one person who snores.
What's in the base package
Every package includes your hotel for a 4-5 night stay, day and night resort parties and airport transfers (all destinations except Fort Lauderdale, which is a domestic trip). Punta Cana, Cancun, Cabo and Nassau's Breezes are all-inclusive, so food and drinks at the resort are covered. Fort Lauderdale and Atlantis in Nassau aren't all-inclusive, so you'll pay for meals and drinks yourself. Fort Lauderdale packages do include the Maniac VIP card (free entry, free drinks at select venues on scheduled nights, shorter lines).
Not in the base price: flights, the Party Pass (club entry and open bar), the booze cruise, travel protection, tips, resort fees where a hotel charges them, and anything you buy off-property. We'd rather you know now than at the front desk.
What the add-ons cost
Prices change each season, so treat these as a guide. Last season's Cancun Party Pass (express entry, cover charge and open bar at the big Party Center clubs) ran from $125 per person for two nights up to $299 for five nights, and the booze cruise was $79. Your rep confirms the current price and venues when you book.
The deposit is $100 per person and non-refundable. Lock the room block first, then pay the rest month to month. Prices don't get better the longer a block sits open.
What about flights?
Flights are an optional add-on, so you can add them to your package or book from whatever airport is cheapest for you. Either way, budget for them separately from your package price, and book early.
Why the price on the site says "from"
Because it's a starting price, not a quote. Your final price is confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken, so nobody in your group pays for a number that changed while they were thinking about it.
Final Thoughts
The price of spring break comes down to the hotel you pick, how many friends you pack into a room, and when you go. Pick the tier, fill the room, put a deposit down, and stop refreshing flight prices at 2am.
