No. One person can hold the group's room block with a deposit, then everyone else books their own spot and pays their own share whenever they're ready.

Yes — the more people you bring, the lower the per-person rate on rooms, since it's split across more people. Ask your trip rep about perks for bigger groups.

Yes, at the resort — it's part of the all-inclusive package for the whole week, no drink tickets or extra charges.

Flights (unless your package says otherwise), the Party Pass and Booze Cruise add-ons, travel insurance, and personal spending money for souvenirs or off-resort food.

Rooms are shared based on your group's size — tell us how many per room and we'll match you up. More people per room means a lower price per person.

A deposit holds your spot and locks in your rate. From there, the rest of your balance is split into manageable payments leading up to your trip, no need to pay it all at once.

No. The price you're quoted is what you pay — deposit plus scheduled payments. Anything optional, like the Party Pass or Booze Cruise, is priced separately and always your choice.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another student at no charge up until 14 days before departure. Trip protection at checkout covers a full refund if plans fall through.

We typically don't include flights in the base package, but we're happy to add that in or help you find one. Booking flights separately usually saves you money per person.

No — U.S. citizens don't need a visa for short stays in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or the Bahamas. Just bring a valid passport with at least 6 months left before it expires.

Great question, and one we take seriously. Our resorts sit in gated, secured hotel zones, separate from areas you might see referenced in the news. We pick you up right at the airport, bring you straight to the resort, and have staff with your group 24/7 plus an emergency line for the whole trip. If Mexico specifically has you on the fence, Punta Cana is in the Dominican Republic, outside Mexico entirely, and it's where most of our groups head.

Yes — every destination has an SBU rep on-site for the full week, running check-in, hosting events, and available 24/7.
